Biography

Miriam Salvador García holds a Law degree and a PhD in Economics and Business Sciences from Complutense University of Madrid. She is Director of the Law Department at Universidad Camilo José Cela and an ANECA-accredited professor, teaching Constitutional Law, Human Rights, and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Her research focuses on Human Rights, Digital Law, Artificial Intelligence and Justice, Transparency in Public Governance, and Mediation. She has authored numerous publications on justice theory, rights protection, and technology’s impact on law.
