Resumen
Cross-border Multi Casualty Incidents require harmonised information frameworks to ensure effective coordination and decision-making. This study aims to define a minimum data set for the management of such incidents using a modified Delphi methodology within the VALKYRIES Horizon 2020 project. Expert consensus was achieved on essential data elements, facilitating interoperability, improving communication among emergency services, and supporting coordinated response across borders. The proposed data set contributes to standardisation efforts and enhances preparedness and operational efficiency in large-scale emergencies.
